CRESCO Properties, Inc. the trade name for the Commercial Real Estate Solutions Company, was established in 1992 by Joseph S. Dunn, at that time a Vice President of CB Commercial Real Estate (now CB Richard Ellis), as a way of providing very focused solutions to selected situations involving real estate for owners, buyers and tenants. Mr. Dunn left CB Commercial to be able to concentrate energy, enthusiasm, tenacity and resources to get the job done for the clients.
