Since 1960 a family partnership between Edward DeBarbieri and Joseph Neitzel established a real estate business specializing in residential homes, estates, new construction, land, waterfront properties, commercial properties, rentals and appraisals. Since its inception the company has grown continuously and will continue to grow because of the infusion of the younger generation and their commitment to the Family Real Estate business. Hard work and great enthusiasm is presently being expressed by our active second generation and a guiding hand towards the growing third generation. We are proud of our reputation for making lasting friends over the years. FAMILY is what started the business and our growing family of experienced associates is what is continuing this growth. The firm is presently owned and operated by the Neitzel family who have lived in the area for over 50 years. The management consists of Eric Neitzel, Florence DeBarbieri Neitzel, Sarah Neitzel and Marilyn Petheram.
