Delta Property Management was founded in 1968 to serve the growing need in San Diego for professional property management. Our success over the years is based on the principle that an aggressive approach to management and quality control yields a higher, more consistent gain for our clients. We specialize in the management of small to large apartment communities, homes and commercial/retail centers. Our office staff is headed by two Certified Property Managers.
