In July of 1996, J. Paul Falbo, CPM®, SCSM, formed Eagle Commercial Realty Services, AMO® with the simple philosophy of providing superior property management services to its clients. Cindy Winters, CPM, joined Eagle Commercial as Vice President in 1997. Jerry Marroquin, CSM, joined Eagle as President of the Texas Division in 2002. In a short time, Eagle Commercial has grown to eight property managers and six brokers, managing a portfolio consisting of 3,000,000 square feet of retail, medical, office, industrial, and multifamily space in Arizona and Texas.
