Established in 1989, Equitable provides management and leasing services for commercial properties primarily located in the Metropolitan Atlanta market place. Due to their local concentration, they have the ability to operate properties at pricing well below their competition. They currently manage and lease a portfolio of office buildings and shopping centers in excess of 2,000,000 square feet. The core of property management is to maximize the return to their clients through rent collections and minimizing operating costs. Since they operate primarily in the Atlanta market place, they are able to operate their properties below the cost of other firms due to the preferential pricing we receive from their contractors and vendors. In addition, their local presence allows them to have a focused effort for rent collections along with extensive knowledge of the court process in the event a legal proceeding is required.
