Florida Executive Realty was founded in 1992 by Doug Loyd & John Zielenbach as Florida Executive Realty at Tampa Palms. Their only employee then was Michelle Weinhold, who now serves as the company's General Manager & Vice President. Their original efforts were focused on selling homesites, new construction and various developer related services exclusively in Tampa Palms.
