The current portfolio consists of 19 buildings totaling more than 2 million square feet. The firm operates through a vertically integrated business model that includes sales and leasing brokerage, financing, property management, and construction management services for both portfolio assets and third-party clients. Primary geographic markets include Westchester County in New York, Fairfield County in Connecticut, and Charleston County in South Carolina.
