Global Fund Investments is a group of companies that acquires, develops, redevelops, manages and leases retail real estate, specifically open-air shopping centers, in the United States. Global focuses on value add redevelopment opportunities, note purchases, secured by retail real estate, ground-up development of anchored centers and acquisition and joint venture transactions of retail portfolios, containing both core and non-core assets. Global’s geographic focus is primarily Florida, Texas and the Mountain States, but they will explore acquisition opportunities in other strong markets nationwide.
