Greg Flaniken began selling real estate in 1975 and in 1978 he established his company, Greg Flaniken & Associates. The company has been helping customers and clients list and sell their real estate in southern Brazoria County ever since then.Greg Flaniken & Associates lists and sells residential and commercial properties, in addition to acreage, resort properties and industrial property. Greg Flaniken & Associates also offers mortgage servicing for clients who have owner financed their real estate and don’t want the headaches of keeping up with the payments, tax reporting or collection problems that are so often related to owner financing. Greg Flaniken & Associates is a member of the Brazoria County Board of Realtors, the Houston Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. They are members of the Brazosport Chamber of Commerce.
