Greig Cavey Commercial Limited was formed in April 1997 when Peter Cavey completed a Management buyout from Royal Insurance Property Services, then trading as Manners and Harrison. Peter has been located at the South Road office from 1973, originally as a partner of Manners and Harrison. The office at South Road has always specialised in Survey and Valuation work both of Commercial and Residential Properties as well as handling substantial Property Management, again of both Commercial and Residential together with Commercial Agency. Since taking the business back in 1997 it has been substantially grown by Peter and his colleagues and the turnover has been doubled and staffing increased. To be able to offer a full range of professional services an association with Ron Greig Estate Agency was formed and whilst now retired, Ron Greig still has an interest in the company.
