The Interfam Group consists of a group of companies with national capital, whose investment activity is mainly concentrated in the real estate and renewable energy areas. Thus within this section, it has an important asset in properties located in the province of Madrid, with a leasable area of 45,000 m2. In addition, it has a land reserve of 450 Ha. In the province of Almeria, two plots of next development in Madrid of 6,500 m2 of building for offices and three plots for industrial use in Valladolid of 8,000 m2 of building area. Currently, the Interfam Group has very little debt, as well as significant financial assets. All of this means that the Interfam Group has an important economic capacity that allows it to deal with new large-scale expansion projects, without jeopardizing its financial autonomy.
