(GCG) is a full-service commercial real estate company providing Brokerage, Asset Management and Corporate Services in the St. Louis Metropolitan area, outstate Missouri and Illinois. GCG offers clients a wide array of services. GCG’s Brokerage Division provides all traditional brokerage services, including sales, leasing and tenant/buyer representation. The Asset Division is responsible for managing both our commercial property and multi-family property portfolios. Our Corporate Services Division handles accounting services, which includes, but is not limited to, budgeting, loan coordination, monthly/annual financial reporting and tax returns.
