Habial was born 15 years ago as Real Estate Promoter and Property Manager specializing in studios and apartments located in the center of Madrid. As a result of all these years of work, we have in our portfolio more than 80 apartments for rent (some of them, complete buildings). Basically we take care of the personalized management of our clients' properties, advising to respond to their particular needs, meeting their expectations and developing their real estate assets. With a team of 4 people and offices in the street Lope de Rueda, 21 in Madrid, we try to cover all of Madrid, although our main center of action is the center of Madrid (neighborhoods of Austria, Chueca, University, Justice or Chamberí).
