A portfolio of assets for rent renewed and in continuous evolution thanks to the different assets that the Company promotes for subsequent exploitation for rent. This policy includes the BcnFira District project in Barcelona. More than 91,000 square meters of offices, with the first two towers of the project, Torre Auditori and Torre Marina, being completed and under sale.
