Iconic Investments is a Los Angeles-based boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm focused on multi-family properties of 15 to 100 units throughout Los Angeles in all different sub-markets. They represent multi-family property owners in dispositions, acquisitions, and 1031 exchanges. The Iconic team is comprised of highly experienced real estate professionals who trained and completed many transactions at some of the nation’s leading brokerage firms. Frustrated by the limitations set by the larger firms on how, when, and to whom the property was marketed, Iconic’s founders knew there was a better way. For that reason, the idea behind Iconic is to deliver to smaller properties the same level of underwriting and marketing expected for institutional-level buildings.
