Immobiliària Barcelona® was founded on Tuesday, September 13, 2011, with the MISSION of "Providing high-value-added services that encompass any need their clients may have related to their real estate assets." Their goal is to help clients achieve their dreams. To accomplish this, Josi Machado (business administrator) and Sergi Ripoll (physicist and Project Manager (PMI)) joined forces. In its early days, Immobiliària Barcelona® primarily offered two services: vertical property management and advisory/intermediation in real estate sales and purchases. Since then, they have added a vast array of services aimed at fulfilling the mission they were founded on: advisory services for sellers, advisory services for buyers, vertical property and asset management, secure rental services, legal advice and judicial defense, insurance, homeowners' association management, financial advisory services, a technical office for engineering and architecture, and repair and renovation services. Thanks to their ongoing training and preparation, as well as that of their collaborators, they have become a team with excellent "know-how" in all areas related to real estate asset management.
