History Don Imwalle and several Grubb and Ellis alumni formed Retail Commercial Properties in 1975 to lease and develop shopping centers. In 1985, Imwalle Stegner was formed to concentrate exclusively on retail developments which continued through 2005. In 2006, Don Imwalle Jr joined to form Imwalle Properties where successful retail development, leasing and management continue.
