Intracorp began in 1976 as Intrawest Vancouver, started by Joe Houssian and a partner with an urban development focus. The company develops townhomes, condominium residences, apartment homes, and rental communities across British Columbia, Washington, California, and Texas. Intracorp also works with investors and lending partners, building long-running relationships around residential development projects. After more than five decades in business, the company continues to focus on urban communities and multifamily housing.
