Iskalo Development Corp. was founded in 1988 by Paul Bohdan Iskalo. As a life-long resident of Western New York, Paul is committed to contributing to positive change in his hometown. While attending the University of Rochester, Paul acquired his first commercial property in Williamsville, NY. This purchase further fueled his passion for real estate leading to the formation of Iskalo Development Corp. in 1986. Iskalo Development invests in real estate, increasing its roster of tenants which eventually led to its first ground-up real estate development project; a Class “A” office building located at 6467 Main Street that serves as the headquarters for publicly-traded Life Storage.
