Ladd Real Estate Management Company, Inc. is a family owned and operated company. The company has been in business since 1983, but Mr. George Ladd began acquiring several properties across the southeast a few years before starting the company. Ladd Real Estate is most known for its holding in a majority of the historic Mountain Brook Office Park buildings. Two of Mr. Ladd’s grandchildren, Ladd Tucker and Virginia Tucker, are actively managing the family portfolio of almost a million square feet of prime office, retail, and multifamily real estate, with a small team of talented and dedicated individuals.
