Rick, a licensed California attorney and real estate broker, formed Latitude, a full service commercial real estate firm in 1999. Since 1997, Rick has completed over $200 million in real estate and business opportunity transactions. Rick also has over 10 years of business management experience in businesses with up to $50 million in annual sales and 100 employees. His business experience includes operations, strategic business planning, advertising and public relations. His development experience includes entitlement processing for projects from $2 million up to a 62 acre, $125 million, mixed use project and 2, “turn-key” retail, new car dealership facilities taken from land acquisition to occupancy and an award winning mixed-use project in Santa Barbara. Rick’s commercial real estate practice includes the sale and leasing of commercial properties throughout the Central Coast, project management and development services and supervision of all operations.
