LB Property Management was founded in 1989 by Robert Lopata (President) and Gregg Bernstein, CPA (Chief Financial Officer), with only one client and a small group of apartment buildings. Since then, LB has grown to be one of the top management firms in Southern California with carefully designed organizational structures and practices geared toward optimizing a property's performance. Their goal is to bring the professionalism and resources of large national management firms to their clients, while offering hands-on attention customary of the small neighborhood company.
