The Lindsey heritage dates back to 1945 when S.E. Lindsey (Sonny) purchased his first dump truck. He would drive to the San Jacinto river, load his truck with a shovel and then haul the material to Houston. Curtis grew up working with his dad, learning from the ground up what it takes to see a project through. In 1992, after growing to a handful of employees, Lindsey Construction officially became incorporated, and Curtis was named President. In the early '90s, Lindsey Construction began to establish itself as a leader in the earthmoving industry. Today, they have a broad customer base, including municipalities, developers, general contractors, and industrial clients. Their projects range in all sizes, and they transport over 5M cubic yards of dirt per year. Sonny's integrity all those years ago is still at the core of what Lindsey Construction does and who they are today.
