MCM Diversified, Inc. is a full service real estate management company providing assistance and guidance in accounting, maintenance, project rehabilitation, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate. They currently own and manage over several million square feet of professional and medical office, retail and industrial projects throughout the San Francisco bay area. All Asset Managers hold real estate brokers licenses and in some cases contractors licenses. The company structures services and fees to best fit the needs of the owner. They can provide a full service program, which includes all accounting (with the exception of tax prep), rent collections, budgeting, vendor bidding and programming, maintenance, tenant relations and leasing. In certain cases they assist owners in project rehabilitation including capital improvements, market positioning and re-tenanting of the asset.
