Meany & Oliver Companies, Inc. was founded by Philip E. Meany, Jr. and Sharon M. Oliver in 2004, to provide brokerage, consulting, investment and marketing services to a variety of private & public sector clients, institutions and landlords in the Washington Metropolitan Area. In 2006, Martin P. Griffin joined the Meany & Oliver team, bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate transaction and research advisory experience to the team.
