Mercantile Partners, L.P., is a partnership that manages a series of family trusts. The largest asset of the trust is real estate, which is Mercantile Center. Mercantile Center is a 4,500,000 + square foot Business Park located three miles north of downtown Fort Worth. Mercantile Center encompasses over 1300 acres of land, half of which is yet to be developed. My day to day responsibilities include asset management, marketing, leasing, and development of new buildings.
