In 1969, the company's commitment to quality and craftsmanship extended to include the design and construction of office buildings. Commercial and retail space soon followed and today Mikkelson Builders owns and manages over 400,000 sq. ft. of office space. They currently have 20 buildings in the Mequon, Germantown, Pewaukee and Delafield regions.
