Montgomery was formed in 1986, by John Fugo and Christine Edwards, in Syracuse, NY, as a National Retail/Restaurant Contractor. Over time the company’s experience and client list grew and the market sectors evolved. In response to the regional growth in North Carolina, Montgomery Carolina LLC was formed as a full-service Real Estate and Property Management Company. In conjunction with the Montgomery Development Carolina Corp, the two companies operate independently of each other and compliment their clients' needs for construction and real estate services.
