Navesalia is a company dedicated since 1977 to the promotion and rental of industrial buildings in San Agustin del Guadalix (km 36 of the A-1 Madrid-Burgos). In addition, we rent offices in buildings in Madrid Capital. As far as the ships are concerned, some are made of metal structure by Añuri S.A and the others are made of concrete block by Alvisa and Rubio Hermanos S.A. Since the beginning of our activity we have promoted modular warehouses that allow tenants to rent dynamic rentals from 675m2 to 20,000 m2, all in independent warehouses with large parking areas and movement of trailers. The idea is to facilitate the entry into the polygon for industries from small, developable size to large companies by allowing them to grow without mobilizing.
