Oxford began in 2005 as a commercial real estate landlord advisory and tenant representation brokerage firm serving organizations ranging from small, privately-held firms to large, publicly-traded corporations. Although they now focus exclusively on commercial real estate investments as principals, their years spent in the brokerage arena has given us tremendous insight into and understanding of the challenges facing the brokerage community.
