Founded by Carolyn Cassell-Coughlen, Kate Cheever and Jeanne Mitchell, the company is now owned by Carolyn's son Ted Cassell. Ted joined Park Square Realty in 1994 as an agent and purchased the company in 2001. Park Square continues to experience strong growth in sales volume, number of agents and the number of markets we serve.
