Their most notable projects include the development and leasing of Landstown Place in Virginia Beach, the redevelopment and leasing of Knell’s Ridge Commons in Chesapeake, Jefferson Marketplace in Newport News, and Town Center Marketplace in Virginia Beach, as well as several Harris Teeter and Food Lion grocery anchored centers.
