Parkshore Development Corp. was founded in 1955 by Bernard ("Bernie") Steinberg (1927-1992) as a builder of single family homes, expanding into developments ranging from shopping centers and apartments to indoor tennis courts. Parkshore Development Corp. is owned and operated by Bernie's two sons Richard and Ken, who have concentrated Parkshore's efforts in the development and management of high quality office space.
