The first project Perington Miller & Co. engaged in was the complete restoration of a vacant “turn of the century” Victorian building, located at the corner of 13th and Cherokee Street in historic Denver Civic Center. When completed, the transformation became known as the “Cherokee House,” a European-style Mexican delicatessen. Now, 43 years later, it is still a popular restaurant and gathering place, re-named “Dozen’s Café”.
Since that time Perington Miller & Co has been involved in a multitude of projects both large and small. The company enjoys steady growth and continues to focus on client needs in an open and transparent atmosphere.
They have the experience to meet all your real estate requirements, including tenant/landlord disputes, resolution and representation. They also specialize in property turn arounds and renewal.
