We are a family based and run Real Estate Development, Sales and Management Company. The business began with Markos and Mary Hatgipetros, back in the early 1970’s. After years of hard work and dedication, James Hatgipetros and Nicholas Hatgipetros, sons of Mary and Markos, further established and expanded the company. Our services range from property sales, building managers, the renovation of existing buildings, vacant land spaces and the leasing of commercial and residential spaces. We achieve all this, while utilizing traditional business values of honesty and integrity in every day practice. Our goal is to constantly integrate these values into our services when we work with architects, city planners, engineers, surveyors, inspectors, contractors, lawyers and virtually all agents, so that we can complete the project successfully.
