Giuseppe Pingue has been building quality homes in the Greater Columbus area since 1963. In 1978, a business opportunity presented itself in the form of a 650+ Acre tract of farm land just north of I-270 in Worthington, Ohio. Since development began the area has grown exponentially as a gateway between the Worthington, Westerville, and Polaris areas. Mr. Pingue has continued to develop the area for residential, commercial, and office uses.
