Pinnacle Property Company was founded in 1988 as a property management firm engaged solely in the management and leasing of shopping centers. Ellis Development Company, Inc. ("Ellis"), an affiliate of Pinnacle, was founded that same year to participate in the purchase and development of commercial real estate properties.
