Port Manatee Commerce Center (PMCC) is a 20-acre, six-building, 310,000 square-foot near dock, multi-modal transloading and warehouse complex just outside the security gates of Port Manatee and 30 minutes from the Port of Tampa. The warehouses are accessible 24/7 without a TWIC card and are clear span (no interior columns) have skylights, grade and dock level loading, 60-foot wide cargo doors, 26-foot wide bifold doors and rail docks. Cargo transits from dockside to warehouse, less than 1 mile, on private roads. PMCC warehouse facilities can accommodate both container and bulk shipments.
