Prospect Commercial was launched in November 2017, with the vision of providing clients with first-class commercial real estate brokerage and development services in the Greater Houston Area. Prior to making his dream a reality, Joe Foty served as Vice-President of Brokerage for a local real estate firm where he completed more than $50 million worth of real estate transactions. Joe graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science, and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. He holds the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), Commercial Real Estate's Gold Standard for Professional Achievement. Joe is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Houston/Gulf Coast CCIM Chapter, and CREN (Commercial Real Estate Network). He has been a recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award multiple times.
