Quiroz Commercial, Inc. founded by Douglas J. Quiroz in 2020, is a full service commercial real estate company in the Greater Sacramento Region. Cemo Commercial specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate including: Land Purchasing, Development, Office Space, Industrial Facilities, Retail Complexes, Property Management, and Multi-Family Properties. In 2008 Quiroz accepted a position with Cemo Commercial, a Sacramento Region Real Estate Development and Property Management Company where he spent 13 years learning and developing his real estate experience under the mentorship of Sammy F. Cemo. While working with Cemo Commercial, Quiroz further developed his business skills while overseeing the companies operations as it’s Broker of Record. After 13 years of service and upon Sammy Cemo’s retirement, Quiroz formed Quiroz Commercial.
