Quorum Commercial Detroit, LLC is a minority owned commercial real estate firm founded by Derek L. Brown, which provides real estate development, brokerage, acquisition and disposition services, property management, marketing, and consulting services for investors and corporate clients. Derek opened a commercial brokerage office in Detroit as Quorum Commercial in May of 2000, and he is a co-founder and co-owner of QC Network International, a national network of minority owned commercial real estate offices. Currently they have network offices in the markets of Akron, Atlanta, Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas Houston, Denver, Los Angeles, Oakland, San Francisco, New York City, Phoenix, Seattle, and Washington D.C.
