Rees Commercial is the new and improved Rees Development that everyone has known over the past 32 years. They at Rees Commercial are always thinking of ways to adapt in their ever changing market and stay ahead of the curve. In the past, Rees Development focused primarily in its development efforts. They changed their name to Rees Commercial for several reasons but the main reason was so that general public wouldn't categorize them as only a development firm. They want to increase production in the other facets of the business and they needed a name that is more general in terms of services offered. Rees Commercial will continue to develop and construct commercial projects but they will also be focusing on increasing our property management contracts, tenant representation and property listing efforts. In the next 5 years they plan to grow their business substantially while maintaining their quality of work and efficiency.
