Beginning in 1998 they have assisted many clients in acquiring section 1031 tax-free like kind exchange replacement property. Starting in 2009, REF has added a division assisting corporate clients in evaluating and appealing real estate property tax assessments. In total, they have closed in excess of $3,000,000,000 of transactions consisting primarily of single tenant net leased properties.
