Freda K. Jones established the RE/MAX 1st Realty, Manchester Office in 2007. Freda knew to be a successful real estate company that she would need to build and recruit a team of professional agents with the knowledge and skills to provide the services needed by their future clients. Over the years RE/MAX 1st Realty continued to grow and began serving a larger area of Tennessee. Freda's daughter Shanelle Gray, became a partner and they opened an additional office in Murfreesboro.
