In 2005, Bobby Kitchen and Steve Molina partnered to create and build Risk & Insurance Consultants (R&IC). With a passion for insurance and for serving the customers who need it, by 2006 R&IC was officially formed. R&IC was founded on the principle that educating customers makes them more knowledgeable insurance consumers. With this new understanding, R&IC can work hand-in-hand with the customer to develop a long-term strategy around their insurance program. They started work out of a 174 square foot office until the addition of the first team member had the group occupying two small offices.
