R. L. Travers & Associates, Inc. was formed in 1970. After being involved in numerous Real Estate, Development and Construction projects beginning in 1963, R.L. Travers & Associates, Inc. began to own, develop, lease and manage shopping centers, office buildings, and multi-tenant warehouse & industrial properties in Northern Virginia. Since that time, R. L. Travers & Associates, Inc. has successfully grown to include not only in-house commercial real estate properties, but also commercial real estate properties owned by third parties in Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.
