Saks Global is a spin-off of the Bergdorf Goodman, Horchow, Neiman Marcus, and Saks branded stores founded in 2024 from the Hudson's Bay Company. They were also responsible for the operations of Hudson's Bay stores in addition to Saks brands in Canada prior to Hudson's Bay's liquidation in March 2025.
