Shibley Properties is a commercial real estate company that was established in 1984. Lawrence J. Shibley, its cofounder, has directed and taken part in over one hundred restoration and build projects in Northeast Ohio. In addition to other real estate services, Shibley Properties leases retail, office and residential properties throughout Northeast Ohio, including in Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake counties.
