The firm pursues core-plus to value-add opportunities ranging from $10 million to $75 million per deal, with larger portfolio transactions considered. Its strategy centers on driving rents, increasing occupancy, and executing value-enhancing redevelopment to maximize portfolio value. The company operates regional offices in Ohio and Florida in addition to its New York headquarters.
