The Principals of Stamford properties are dedicated practitioners in the art of retail development, brokerage and consulting. It is their intent to pursue these interests with creativity, vision and most importantly, a strong sense of fellowship with those in which they engage. Stamford Properties uses their experience and many connections in the real estate industry, looks for opportunities for build-to-suit, development, redevelopment, brokerage for select clients, and property management. Stamford Properties is wholly owned by Robert (Rob) E. Dickinson and David J. Bruening, both of whom started their careers with Grubb & Ellis (“G&E”). G&E was a fully integrated national commercial real estate company that was subsequently merged with the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Rob came to G&E in 1995 and partnered with David, who was the vice president and director of the retail division for the Cleveland region. David began his career with G&E in 1989.
